Jalinan Digital Negara (JENDELA)
The JENDELA plan was formulated to provide wider coverage and better quality of broadband experience for the Rakyat, whilst preparing the country for 5G technology.
SMARTSEL, together with KUSEL, is facilitating the implementation of 5G telecommunications infrastructure in Selangor by collaborating with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC/SKMM) and Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB).
Through 5G technology, catalyzing digital investments in infrastructure will drive Selangor’s digital economy. Education, Business, and Government services will benefit from the advantages 5G technology will bring.

Selangor Connectivity Masterplan (SCMP)
The Smart Selangor initiative and Digitalisation by the Selangor State Government is an approach for the development of the digital economy in improving quality of life and growing the economy equitably.
To realise this aspiration, the Selangor State Government has developed the Selangor Connectivity Master Plan (SCMP) for a period of 5 years (2021 - 2025). The SCMP includes all related plans such as JENDELA, Smart Selangor initiatives, and Selangor structure development plans.
SMARTSEL’s focus and role as the executer is to promote the SCMP program by working with Industry partners and coordinating with KUSEL (Koridor Utiliti Selangor) the One-Stop Agency for all Utilities in Selangor.

Develop the SCMP as a guide to all stakeholders in developing the high speed, integrated and structured digital network service infrastructure in the State of Selangor from 2021 to 2025.

Assist in facilitating, coordinating, and accelerating the development and provision of high-speed digital network services in the State of Selangor.

Attract and generate new investments in the public and private industries to optimise sources of income and achieve sustainable development.
